This position is a full-time, permanent position available for a Marketing Specialist at Tink Recruitment Pty Ltd, which is located 46A Macleay Street Potts Point NSW 2011.

**Your duties**:

- Doing market research to pinpoint market opportunities for both new and established products and services.
- Devise marketing plans on how to price the organisation's services
- Once marketing campaigns, policies and plans are established, ensure they are in line with business goals to maximise profitability
- Overall manage the process of marketing campaigns; achieved by planning media outlets, creating artwork, graphics and on different marketing platforms
- Making social media posts and marketing material for online website and different marketing channels
- Strategizing, developing, and orchestrating marketing policies and campaigns
- Once marketing plans, campaigns have been implemented, oversee continually the effectiveness and generate reports on observations sighted.
- Review and carefully examine online social media, marketing campaigns and Google to recommend improvements
- Conducting market research for available opportunities to gauge potential demand and market characteristics for both new and existing products and services
- After research is conducted, carefully analyse as to which trends are most effective and fruitful for the business
- After conducting research, provide conclusions as to how to put together marketing strategies to reach our intended target marked to management
