We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Leader to join our team and drive the growth of our business across ANZ. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will leverage your extensive experience in sales and account management to close large, complex enterprise deals and exceed sales targets.

As an Enterprise Sales Leader at Airwallex, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and contributing to the success of our business.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your sales expertise to source, negotiate, and close large enterprise deals across various industries.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with our SDR team to cover the addressable market in ANZ.
  • Project manage complex customer projects across technical and non-technical domains.
  • Be proactive in identifying and solving client challenges.
  • Report weekly and monthly performance against key metrics and targets.
Your Ideal Profile:
  • At least 5 years of experience managing complex technology sales to enterprise accounts, preferably in fintech or payments.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue growth expectations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and provide clear solutions to clients.
  • Resilient, driven, creative, patient, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
  • Success-oriented and accountable for delivering key outcomes and KPIs.
What We Offer:
