Enterprise Sales Manager

Earn a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission, as you drive business growth and success with top-tier government and enterprise clients.
About the Role- Leverage your exceptional commercial acumen and sales expertise to develop and execute business plans that deliver against our overall strategy.
- Owning account management of new customers, especially in the government sector, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve outcomes for our business.
- Contribute to the development of strategic sales plans to grow, meet, and exceed sales and revenue targets across multiple product and service offerings.
- New Business Development: Lead the development of new business opportunities, plan and execute business plans with potential key customers to deliver against the overall business strategy.
- Account Management: Own the account management of new customers (especially in the government sector) and any assigned accounts, ensuring seamless customer engagement and maximized revenue.
- Sales Strategy: Liaise with customers and the business to contribute to the development of strategic sales plans, driving growth, meeting, and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Business Engagement: Develop business engagement models that define the strategy, identify and steer opportunities for business improvement, and report performance to budget with variance analysis and revised projections.
- Sales Performance: Contribute to devising and implementing sales strategies, attend and present at relevant seminars and other customer-focused events, and proactively generate new business through various go-to-market strategies.
You will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in maximizing business opportunities with top-tier enterprise or government accounts. Comfortable working autonomously, yet collaborative with stakeholders across the country to achieve outcomes for our business. Your commercial acumen is second to none, and you have a head for numbers and analytics, along with an eye for detail when responding to complex tenders.
