Role Overview

This Enterprise Sales Leader role is an exciting opportunity to grow our client base across all segments. You will leverage your consultative sales expertise, trusted advisor skills, negotiation abilities, and strong understanding of the digital landscape to drive business growth and success.

You will be responsible for expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional results through strategic project management and consultative selling skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Prospect and build relationships with potential clients across various industries and segments.
  • Represent Impact tech Inc at events and conferences, showcasing our brand and products.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through insightful leadership and strategic planning.
  • Bulk and grow assigned territories, leveraging marketing and channel support to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage multi-threaded sales cycles, engaging end-users through C-level executives and building product value.
  • Develop and execute engagement plans for key prospects, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of closing sales experience in SaaS and performance marketing/martech.
  • A strong network of advocates supporting your success in this role.
  • Ability to develop relationships with decision-makers within your territory and key verticals.
  • Prior experience driving sales and business development activities.
  • Understanding of the digital ecosystem landscape and relationships.
  • Track record of success in carrying quarterly quotas and building maintaining pipeline to achieve it.
  • Successful history of net direct new business sales, with consistent delivery against targets.
  • Experience in bringing innovative market-defining products to market within a competitive landscape.
  • The ability to collaborate across internal teams to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Contribution to the team culture.
  • Ability to travel if needed and work autonomously in a remote environment.
