Territory Account Manager

At Ecolab, we're committed to delivering innovative solutions for food safety and cleanliness in retail environments. As our Territory Manager, you'll work closely with supermarkets and large retailers to ensure they operate with cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a regular visit cycle with customers within your territory to identify their needs and recommend solutions to improve food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service to customers, including technical support and customer service.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure our customers are using our sanitizing solutions and equipment effectively and safely.
- Assess workplace safety and environmental cleanliness through on-site evaluations at customer locations.
- Grow the business by identifying new opportunities for our customers and servicing equipment as required.
About You:
- You'll have experience within Food Retail or Quick Service Restaurants and a strong understanding of food safety and compliance.
- You'll possess the drive and enthusiasm to succeed and provide solutions that add genuine value to your customers through the highest standards of service.
- You'll have strong communication and relationship-building skills, a hands-on approach in providing service to your customers, and a desire to build a career at Ecolab.
