Job Summary:

2XM Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join an Engineering and Manufacturing business in Western Sydney. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading a small sales engineering team, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and elevate the business's growth trajectory by securing new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the daily activities and performance of a small sales engineering team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure team members meet their targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Assist Sales Engineers in developing and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly, driving business growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing a sales team, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue.
  • Electrical Engineering background preferred, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Proven history of winning new business, with a strong network of contacts and relationships.
