About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sydney Branch Manager to lead our team in overseeing operations, managing staff, and driving growth at our Sydney location. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage day-to-day activities, ensure exceptional service, and implement initiatives to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee branch operations and ensure project success
  • Prepare detailed sketches, engineering plans, and designs for Pool Void Covers
  • Manage and supervise onsite work, including amending plans as necessary and implementing required procedures
  • Assess site conditions and conduct risk assessments to ensure project safety and compliance
  • Quote projects to customers and collaborate with key suppliers to ensure necessary equipment and materials are available
  • Verify that finished works meet specifications, regulations, and project requirements
  • Oversee maintenance and repair jobs of Pool Void Covers
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in civil engineering, project management, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in managing branch operations and overseeing onsite work
  • Possession of an unrestricted full license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to manoeuvre and drive an 8 x 5 trailer
  • Valid forklift truck operation licence (preferred)
  • Valid construction induction training (white card) (preferred)
  • Strong background in project management with a track record of successfully handling project timelines and resources
  • Experience in assessing site conditions and conducting risk assessments to ensure project safety and compliance
  • Demonstrated expertise in quoting projects, negotiating with customers, and collaborating with key suppliers
  • Experience in maintaining and repairing Pool Void Covers and ensuring works meet specifications and regulations
  • Proven track record in sales activities, client acquisition, and relationship management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with clients, suppliers, and team members
  • Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and autonomy while effectively managing tasks with minimal supervision
