About The Opportunity
An exceptional chance for a seasoned and sales-driven professional to join Daikin's Sales team in a key role has arisen. This position will be responsible for driving sales for our product in the domestic market, focusing on the Hunter, New England, and North Coast regions.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing effective relationships with our current dealers, as well as seeking and developing new accounts to expand our dealer portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing portfolio of Daikin dealers, domestic customers, and trade accounts by maintaining strong long-term relationships that are mutually beneficial.
- Analyse market activity and trends to develop a sales plan that targets opportunities for sales growth in the region.
- Provide dealers with up-to-date product information and marketing promotions to maximise sales.
- Manage individual sales budget to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure all dealer queries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
About You
To be successful in this role, it would be desirable to have:
- A proven track record in sales and managing large accounts.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop solid knowledge of the customer base, in-store sales, customer capability, target markets, and the dynamics of each customer.
- Firm understanding of market dynamics and competitors.
