Job Title: Retail Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Workforce Australia For Individuals. As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of retail staff, including cashiers, baggers, and other support staff.
  • Ensure that our store is well-stocked and that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.
  • Monitor and manage cash handling procedures, including cash reconciliation and security procedures.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for retail staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
  • Monitor and manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stockroom management, and maintenance of store equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and human resources, to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
