About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Applications Specialist to join our team at BTA Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and supporting cutting-edge MRI technology.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive application support to customers, ensuring their MRI product training needs are identified and effectively met.
  • Conduct product presentations, support trade shows and professional conferences.
  • Offer technical and clinical expertise pre- and post-sale.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Evaluate and test software vendors and systems to ensure the best match for customers.
  • Select, implement, and support the right MRI programs for healthcare facilities.
  • Provide staff training and technical support as a subject matter expert.
  • Educate the sales team on emerging clinical issues and positioning solutions to address market changes.
  • Adhere to quality assurance, environmental management, and WH&S policies and procedures.

What You'll Need

  • Valid accreditation with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra)
  • Proven clinical experience in MRI
  • Strong presentation, communication, & priority management skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally, as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Postgraduate qualifications in MRI
  • Experience in technical/equipment training
  • Demonstrable clinical scanning experience.
