About the Role

The District Manager is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple thrift stores in the Sydney region. This role requires a strong leader who can drive success and excellence across our locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure performance, sales, and budgets are met.
  • Partner with Store Managers to analyze sales data and adjust store layouts to maximize sales.
  • Collaborate with the People Services team to develop talent and succession plans for store teams.
  • Work with the Warehouse Operations Manager to ensure product needs are met for all stores.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a mix of the following:

  • Prior experience managing multi-site teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
