Strategic Business Development Manager

As a Commercial Account Executive at Winning Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with major project builders and key clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with major project builders and key clients, ensuring satisfaction and consistent engagement.
- Set project goals, keep stakeholders informed with regular updates, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Achieve stock control targets, hit revenue goals, and own your pipeline with effective negotiation and CRM management.
- Collaborate closely with our BDMs and sales support team to deliver projects seamlessly and exceed client expectations.
- Forge strong relationships with decision-makers across different stakeholder groups, establishing yourself as a trusted partner.
- Stay organized and efficient by leveraging CRM tools to manage client relationships, track progress, and maintain up-to-date sales data.
Requirements:
- You genuinely love working with people and have the skills to communicate, negotiate, and influence effectively.
- You know how to manage your time and prioritize tasks to keep projects running smoothly.
- Experience in project management is a plus – you're comfortable leading and coordinating to get results.
