Senior Business Development Manager

This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact, drive sales growth, and contribute to the success of our company. You will work closely with our project builders to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring the satisfaction and engagement of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with major project builders and key clients, ensuring satisfaction and consistent engagement.
- Set project goals, keep stakeholders informed with regular meetings, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Achieve stock control targets, hit revenue goals, and own your pipeline with effective negotiation and CRM management.
- Collaborate with our Business Development Managers and sales support team to deliver projects seamlessly and exceed client expectations.
- Forge strong relationships with decision-makers across different stakeholder groups, establishing yourself as a trusted partner.
- Stay organized and efficient by leveraging CRM tools to manage client relationships, track progress, and maintain up-to-date sales data.
Requirements:
- You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- You are skilled at managing your time and prioritizing tasks to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Experience in project management is an asset – you are comfortable leading and coordinating to achieve results.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset is essential, with a willingness to tackle challenges and find creative solutions.
- You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
