Enterprise Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
Our ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with exceptional relationship-building skills, who can effectively negotiate and close deals with major project builders and key clients. You will work closely with our BDMs and sales support team to deliver projects seamlessly and exceed client expectations.
- You will own a portfolio of top-tier clients and work closely with project builders to support and elevate their businesses.
- You will set project goals, keep stakeholders in the loop with regular meetings, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- You will achieve stock control targets, hit revenue goals, and own your pipeline with effective negotiation and CRM management.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as company vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone.
