Drive Business Expansion as a seasoned Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager with FUJIFILM Business Innovation, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expansion within our Process Automation group.
With a focus on building long-term relationships and identifying new business opportunities, this exciting full-time opportunity requires a proactive individual with excellent sales skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the FUJIFILM Process Automation business unit by securing new customers and identifying opportunities across Corporate and local government sectors
- Cross-sell and upsell through relationships across the FUJIFILM divisions and operating companies, co-sell with strategic software vendors and partners
- Close collaboration with a range of internal stakeholders, including pre-sales, inside sales, marketing, strategic software vendors and partners
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the monthly revenue goals
- Run solution demonstrations with prospective customers, generate proposal agreements and negotiate complex sales cycles
- Make sure sales forecasts are reported and monitored on a weekly basis
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through regular engagements, providing educational sharing within industry-specific knowledge, along with trends and themes within the DX transformational journey
