As the Director of Growth and Partnerships at Fishburners, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth by building and expanding strategic partnerships that fuel the startup community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive membership growth across physical coworking spaces and virtual platforms, ultimately increasing revenue through partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Foster strong relationships with corporates, government bodies, investors, educational institutions, and key players in the startup ecosystem, identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Closely work with the marketing team to expand Fishburners' brand presence through strategic campaigns, partnerships, and events, solidifying the company's position as a leader in the startup ecosystem.

You will require:

  • Proven experience in a senior growth or partnerships role within the tech, innovation, or startup sector, with a track record of building successful partnerships that drive business growth.
  • A deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, including the needs of founders, investors, and corporate partners, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve shared goals.
  • A passion for innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship, with a keen eye for spotting emerging trends and opportunities.

Compensation: $100,000 per year
