Your Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

  • A relevant tertiary degree and extensive experience or equivalent level of knowledge gained through education, training, or experience in a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated capacity to develop and execute external engagement plans that meet organisational priorities.
  • Proven experience in improving an organisation's profile through external engagement activities.
  • Advanced experience in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with partners.
  • Ability to work in a highly adaptable and consultative manner, collaborating effectively to deliver outstanding outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including producing effective briefings and designing engaging presentations.
  • Demonstrated operational experience managing complex resources, including staff and operating budget.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and train team members, establishing priorities and managing competing deadlines.
  • Effective reputation and approach at senior management and executive levels, with ability to influence and negotiate successfully.
  • Proven track record in managing large programs and assessing strategic options.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and decision-making skills.
