We're looking for an experienced professional to join our SME & Growth Business team as a Director, Channel Partnerships. This role will be responsible for cementing Airwallex's reputation and relationships with partners in the Australian market.

This key position will focus on driving strategy and execution of ecosystem partnerships with technology and software partners in Australia. You will deliver growth in referral partnerships within accounting and agency sectors and establish community partnership programs with target communities.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in partnership, sales, marketing, or business development, with 6+ years of leadership experience. You should possess deep knowledge of cross-functional teams and delivering strong business results. Existing relationships with referral partners in technology, e-commerce, accounting, or start-ups are highly valued.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately AU$140,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as a generous superannuation package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
