About the Role

MJD Recruitment is thrilled to partner with a leading business in the Utilities sector to find an exceptional C-Suite Executive Assistant for their dynamic CFO. This fast-paced role is perfect for someone who is a strong project manager and is eager to tackle new challenges and elevate their career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Board members and shareholders, as well as all internal stakeholders. Effective people management and outcome-driven skills will be crucial to success.
  • Team Management: Assist the CFO in organizing the team and work with the Company Secretary to coordinate who needs to deliver what papers and when for CFO review. This will also involve working with the CFO's team and others across the organization to ensure effective management and two-way dialogue.
  • Diary Management: Oversee an extensive and constantly changing schedule with precision.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange both domestic and international travel, utilizing keen ability to understand the needs of the CFO and the business.
  • Board Papers and Document Production: Prepare and compile documents and presentations, including board reports, ensuring all documents are well-formatted and presented.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist the CFO and wider finance team in bringing together company financial reports, utilizing project management expertise.
  • Inbox Management: Efficiently organize and action emails on behalf of the CFO, ensuring the CFO is focused on matters of highest importance.
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level secretarial and administrative assistance.
  • Event Management: Plan and coordinate business events and meetings.
About You
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in supporting at C-Suite level or project management.
  • Preferably experience in the financial industry or supporting CEO/CFO.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail with a proactive approach.
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities across all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
  • Professional, personable demeanor.
