The Role Overview:

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO for Australia & New Zealand, you will be instrumental in delivering high-level administrative and strategic support.

The ideal candidate will be pivotal in advancing the CEO's objectives, managing daily administrative responsibilities, fostering relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to governance and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support:

  • Grasp JLL's strategic goals and maintain focus on essential deliverables for the CEO.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with the CEO, CFO, Head of HR, and other significant stakeholders.
  • Establish connections with external partners, including clients and industry organizations.

Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the CEO, including managing schedules, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with fellow executive assistants across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies and maximize business impact.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and procedural best practices.

Financial Management:

  • Manage routine payment processing and reconciliation of invoices, expenses, and credit card statements.
  • Assist in the review and approval of expenses.

Event Coordination:

  • Organize client functions and corporate events, including logistics and venue arrangements.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting CEOs and Senior Executives.
  • Proven track record in executing professional executive assistant duties.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience supporting CFOs and HR leaders across various industries is preferred.
  • Background in event management is advantageous.
