About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic support to the CEO, understanding and prioritizing key deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and industry groups.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including diary management, email, and document coordination.
  • Collaborate with other executive assistants across the organization to drive efficiencies and maximize business impact.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and process best practices.
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and credit card statements.
  • Coordinate client functions and corporate events, including logistics and venue sourcing.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting CEOs and Senior Executives.
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering professional executive assistant responsibilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience supporting CFO and HR leaders across multiple industries is preferred.
  • Event management experience is preferred.
