Anton Murray Consulting is a specialist financial services recruitment firm, providing exceptional recruitment services to clients across the region. We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Sydney recruitment team, providing top-level support to our Director and the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Manage the calendars of our Director, Partners, Principals, and team members across our four coverage locations.
  • Business Development: Coordinate business development activities with existing and prospective clients across the region.
  • Candidate and Client Interaction: Respond to candidate and client emails, and engage in high-value phone calls with both client-sets.
  • Market Mapping and Headhunting: Conduct extensive LinkedIn market mapping and headhunting activities, utilizing search functionality and other tools.
  • Meeting Attendance: Attend client and candidate meetings, contributing intelligently in conversation and providing support as needed.
  • Job Posting and Management: Manage job postings across various channels, including LinkedIn, Seek, and our company website.
  • Marketing Activities: Support the coordination of marketing activities, interacting with our significant candidate and client network across the region.
  • Employment Agency Licensing: Assist with Employment Agency Licensing administration across Singapore and Hong Kong, interacting with clients and candidates in both locations.
  • Accounting Support: Provide coverage support for the CFO and Accounts team in accounting tasks, primarily in AP and AR support.
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements for team members across our coverage locations, including Melbourne, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
  • Database Follow-up: Conduct regular database follow-up work, including candidate calling and emailing, and database search activity to source assignments.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or working towards a degree. We value an educated workforce and prefer applicants with a tertiary education or an aspiration towards this.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong grammar and phone manner.
  • Administrative Experience: Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
  • Organizational Skills: Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with great follow-up skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the financial services industry, particularly in Investment Banking, Asset Management, and Wealth Management, would be beneficial.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Xero or MYOB for invoicing and accounting tasks would be an advantage.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including part-time or full-time arrangements, and occasional travel across our coverage locations.
