Your Role in Our Vision:
As the Executive Coordinator to the CEO for Australia & New Zealand, you will be instrumental in providing high-level administrative and strategic assistance.
The ideal candidate will be essential in supporting the CEO's objectives, managing daily administrative responsibilities, cultivating relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to governance and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support:
- Grasp JLL's strategic goals and maintain focus on critical deliverables for the CEO.
- Establish trusted relationships with the CEO, CFO, Head of HR, and other key figures.
- Foster connections with external partners, including clients and industry organizations.
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the CEO, including managing schedules, correspondence, and documentation.
- Collaborate with fellow executive assistants throughout the organization.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies and maximize business impact.
- Ensure compliance with governance and procedural best practices.
Financial Oversight:
- Manage routine payments and reconciliation of invoices, expenses, and credit card statements.
- Assist in the review and approval of expenses.
Event Coordination:
- Organize client functions and corporate events, including logistics and venue selection.
What We Seek:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting CEOs and Senior Executives.
- Proven track record in executing professional executive assistant duties.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience supporting CFOs and HR leaders across various industries is preferred.
- Event management experience is a plus.
