Sales Development Representative, Enterprise Solutions

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to identify and engage with potential customers.
- Build relationships with decision-makers at enterprise-level companies and demonstrate the value proposition of our solution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine sales strategies and tactics.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and consistently deliver high-quality results.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales efforts.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales development, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of success in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
