Enterprise Sales Development Representative

At Dell Australia Pty. Limited (7390), we are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Sales Associate to join our Next Generation Sales Academy (NGSA) team in Melbourne.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to embark on a challenging and rewarding career path within the Dell Technologies Sales organisation.
The NGSA program is designed to develop the next generation of Dell Technologies sales leaders and sellers, providing comprehensive training and enablement to drive long-term success.
You will be responsible for engaging in outbound sales activities, including cold calling, lead follow-up, sales qualifications, and offer extension to new and/or existing B2B enterprise customers.
Your primary focus will be on prospecting, asset management, and contact acquisition, with a strong emphasis on meeting activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments, and opportunities identified.
In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will maintain contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and help drive the expansion of Dell Technologies' footprint.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
Australia-based graduates from Business/IT-related degrees within the last 3 years, with full working rights in Australia, are encouraged to apply.
Please note that previous experience in IT Sales is desirable but not essential.
We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and performance.
