Technical Sales Expert for Enterprise Software Solutions

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Sales Expert to join our team as a Senior Advisory Solution Consultant. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in enterprise software sales to partner with a key customer in the banking industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical sales expertise and collaborate closely with sales teams to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Promote ServiceNow solutions to customers, highlighting their value proposition and ability to address complex business challenges.
- Develop strong relationships with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders to understand their technology and business needs.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of ServiceNow products and services, staying up-to-date on new releases and competitive analyses.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth customer transitions during deployments, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Represent ServiceNow as a subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events, showcasing our capabilities and thought leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales, with a focus on solution consulting or pre-sales engineering.
- Proven track record of success in selling to large enterprises (5,000+ employees) and financial services organizations.
- Familiarity with one or more areas, including IT Service Management (ITSM), Financial Management (FM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), DevOps or Agile, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Security Operations, and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong knowledge of shared services or support center environments, technical proficiency with enterprise SaaS technologies, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a focus on territory management skills, pipeline building, and collaboration with sales teams.
