About the Role

As a Territory Manager at Ecolab, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' environments are clean, safe, and healthy. You will develop and maintain relationships with food retail customers, providing first-class training and servicing support to resolve their challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a regular visit cycle with customers within your territory
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to improve food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service to customers
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure customers use our sanitizing solutions and equipment effectively and safely
  • Conduct food safety, brand standards, and other on-site evaluations at customer locations
  • Assist with growing the business by identifying new opportunities for customers
  • Servicing equipment and conducting basic repairs/maintenance as needed
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Experience in Food Retail or Quick Service Restaurants
  • Understanding of food safety and compliance
  • Drive and enthusiasm to succeed and provide solutions that add value to customers
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Hands-on approach in providing service to customers
  • Desire to build a career at Ecolab
