Johnson Controls, a global diversified technology and multi-industrial leader, is seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our QLD Project team.

About this Opportunity

We are looking for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales, ideally within the HVAC industry, to secure sales growth of our Retrofit business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing short- and long-range sales plans, identifying profitable sales opportunities, and managing sales proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize market share.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, and end-users to provide sales and technical support.
  • Generating forecasts for sales secured, delivery, collection, sales backlog, and inventory management.
  • Influencing tender requests to include Johnson Controls specified products and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales ability with year-on-year growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with consultants, owners, main contractors, and other key stakeholders within the building and commercial industry.
Salary Range:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
