Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Norwest Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales software
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the construction industry
