Senior Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking jobs from warm databases, proactively sourcing new leads, projects, and business across NSW and Regional areas
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, and people within the industry and monitoring sites that would create leads and sales opportunities
- Being involved in the sales process including contracts, negotiating, tendering, site requirements, and specifications to best suit
- Working out and problem-solving what the client needs, coming up with the layouts, pricing, and working with the other departments within the business collaborating across projects
- Reporting and forecasting on targets and leads in sales meetings with local and other branches across Australia
Requirements:
- An analytical thinker, who enjoys problem solving and solution selling.
- A professional communicator who can build trust and influence.
- The ability to identify and target key customers by understanding their needs/requirements
- Strong time management and organisational skills working across multiple projects
- Someone who is professional and can make smart commercial decisions, evaluating project profitability, or negotiating contracts, to ensure the best outcomes for both the client and the company.
