Sales Role Overview:

  • This permanent full-time position involves identifying and pursuing profitable sales opportunities with key stakeholders across the building and commercial industries.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing short- and long-range sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and executing sales plans to achieve secured sales volume ($614,000) and gross margin (%) targets.
  2. Managing relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and end-users to maximize solution sales and customer satisfaction.
  3. Influencing tender requests to feature Johnson Controls' specified products and systems.
  4. Generating forecasts for sales secured, delivery, collection, sales backlog, inventory management, and other sales-related issues.
  5. Providing regular updates on industry trends and recommending plans to optimize future business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry, with a track record of year-on-year growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Experience working with consultant, owners, main contractors, and other key stakeholders within the building and commercial industry.
  • Leadership, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
