About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Invocare, specializing in pet cremation services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with veterinary clinics and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with veterinary owners and practice managers to drive business development.
  • Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and value propositions.
  • Collaborate closely with the National Relationship Manager and Marketing to develop business development initiatives.
  • Identify evolving customer needs and emerging services and competition in our industry.
About You
  • You have demonstrated relevant experience in a lead relationship sales role.
  • You possess proven ability to achieve targets and manage a geographically large sales region.
  • You excel in communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • You have strong time management skills and can thrive under pressure.
  • You adopt a client-centric approach and possess strong stakeholder engagement skills.
