We're looking for a strategic thinker who understands the ins and outs of building and construction, can make sharp commercial decisions, solve problems, and represent the business with utmost professionalism working with clients within the education, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Tracking jobs from warm databases, proactively sourcing new leads, projects, and business across NSW and Regional areas
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, and people within the industry
  • Being involved in the sales process including contracts, negotiating, tendering, site requirements, and specifications to best suit
  • Working out and problem-solving what the client needs, coming up with layouts, pricing, and working with other departments within the business collaborating across projects
  • Reporting and forecasting on targets and leads in sales meetings
