Sales Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our QLD team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales growth in the HVAC industry, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Developing short- and long-range sales plans and preparing sales strategies and submissions.
  2. Calling on target organisations to identify profitable sales opportunities.
  3. Managing the preparation and submission of sales proposals.
  4. Influencing tender requests to include Johnson Controls specified products and systems.
  5. Delivering assigned business plans achieving secured sales volume ($44,000 - $65,000 per annum) and gross margin (%) vs Plan.
  6. Providing information to management regarding the applied industry and recommending plans to maximise future business in line with the Applied growth strategy.
  7. Fostering strong relationships with all Customers and providing sales and technical support to Contractors, Consultants and End-Users in order to maximise solution sales and customer satisfaction.
  8. Generating forecast for sales secured, delivery, collection, sales backlog, inventory management and any other sales related issues at all times.
