Sales Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our QLD team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales growth in the HVAC industry, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with key stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing short- and long-range sales plans and preparing sales strategies and submissions.
- Calling on target organisations to identify profitable sales opportunities.
- Managing the preparation and submission of sales proposals.
- Influencing tender requests to include Johnson Controls specified products and systems.
- Delivering assigned business plans achieving secured sales volume ($44,000 - $65,000 per annum) and gross margin (%) vs Plan.
- Providing information to management regarding the applied industry and recommending plans to maximise future business in line with the Applied growth strategy.
- Fostering strong relationships with all Customers and providing sales and technical support to Contractors, Consultants and End-Users in order to maximise solution sales and customer satisfaction.
- Generating forecast for sales secured, delivery, collection, sales backlog, inventory management and any other sales related issues at all times.
