Job DescriptionEstimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum
This role is responsible for supporting Relationship Bankers in growing new and existing customer revenue through financial analysis and credit strategy recommendations. You will partner with Relationship Managers to provide customer solutions and insights, conduct financial analysis, establish and maintain professional profiles, and work collaboratively with other internal functions and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support Relationship Managers in providing customer solutions and insights
- Conduct financial analysis and develop appropriate customer strategies
- Maintain professional profiles in the market and stay up-to-date on customer industries and associated markets
- Work collaboratively with internal functions and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Great financial literacy and analytical skills
- Commercial and business acumen
- Strong analytical ability to assess financial trends
- Prior experience in developing strong relationships in a customer delivery or customer experience role
- Sound understanding of security arrangements
- Experience in the banking industry is an advantage but not required
