About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to join our team at Bras N Things Tea Tree Plaza store. This is a temporary full-time position with a contract ending on 14th September 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and achieve team budgets and KPIs.
  • Develop succession plans for your team members to ensure they can progress into their next opportunities when the time comes.
  • Execute Visual Merchandising in-store and use your discretion to make commercial decisions.
  • Understand and manage Stock Management processes, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Coach and provide on-the-spot feedback to team members.
