About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Impact, a leading partnership management platform, as a Revenue Growth Enablement Specialist. In this role, you will partner with our Sales and Success teams to drive revenue growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a sales methodology SME, enabling the sales team to understand and apply the Command of the Message and Value Selling methodology.
  • Design, develop, and maintain sales skills mentoring and coaching programs for all revenue responsible roles.
  • Conduct live training sessions and product bootcamps to reinforce pitch and positioning with sales and success teams.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and identify and coordinate SMEs to leverage them on different areas.
  • Support sales and success teams with the customization of sales assets, such as decks, one-pagers, and emails, to increase new business and expand sales and growth opportunities.
  • Research, implement, and guide the adoption of productivity tools and learning platforms.
  • Constantly monitor, assess, and improve training content and tools.
  • Work as a coordinator with the competitive team to ensure that we have relevant local material to use in presentations, emails, pitches, and for the whole team's general knowledge.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in learning, sales enablement, or relevant client-facing experience (SaaS/B2B/Digital experiences are a plus).
  • BA Degree or above in Corporate Training, Psychology, Sociology, or in arts performance with educational (teaching) experience (a plus).
  • Established as a strong influencer across organizations.
  • Fantastic standing amongst cross-functional teams throughout past working initiatives.
