About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Enablement Manager to join our team at Impact. As a key member of our Sales and Success teams, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a sales methodology SME, enabling the sales team to understand Command of the Message and Value Selling methodology while aligning to the customer.
  • Design, develop and maintain sales skills mentoring and coaching programs for all revenue responsible roles.
  • Continue the weekly training program with success to ensure that all gaps are covered to keep supporting the team to achieve their TRE targets.
  • Conduct live training sessions and product bootcamps, to reinforce pitch and positioning with sales and success.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, identify and owns and coordinate SMEs to leverage them on different areas.
  • Support sales and success teams with the customisation of sales assets - decks, one pagers, emails etc with the goal of increasing new business and expand sales and growth opportunities and gathers from other regions the best material to adjust locally.
  • Research, implement and guide the adoption of productivity tools and learning platforms.
  • Constantly monitor, assess and improve training content & tools.
  • Works as a coordinator with the competitive team to ensure that we have relevant local material to use in presentation, emails, pitches... and for the whole team general knowledge.
Requirements
  • 2+ years in learning, sales enablement, or relevant client facing experience (Saas/B2 B/Digital experiences are a plus).
  • BA Degree or above in Corporate Training, Psychology, Sociology, or in arts performance with educational (teaching) experience (a plus).
  • Established as a strong influencer across organizations.
  • Fantastic standing amongst cross-functional teams throughout past working initiatives.
