About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Excellence Lead to join our team at Lion Pty Ltd. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of tools, processes, and insights to enable the RGM team to deliver best-in-class RGM analysis and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the RGM excellence three-year roadmap, considering short- and long-term requirements to set the function up for success.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end solutions to achieve components of the roadmap, including system/tool design, creation, and implementation, process design, mapping, and implementation, running stakeholder workshops, and continuous management and successful implementation of the project.
  • Develop statistical tools and reports to support our RGM team in their day-to-day roles.
  • Lead one RGM Excellence Analyst, providing training, guidance, and leadership in their role.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated project management and process design skills.
  • Demonstrated report design and development skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and gain alignment with key stakeholders.
  • An ability to lead projects, run workshops with a range of senior stakeholders to determine best-in-class solutions.
  • Experience working with Power BI would be an advantage.
  • Experience working in Revenue Growth Management, Category, or Sales would be advantageous but not essential.
