About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Management Specialist to join our team at Lion. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for delivering a sustainable price, promotion, assortment, and trade spend strategy to optimize revenue and return for our business and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Pricing Strategy
- Develop and implement a robust and consistent pricing strategy that incorporates brand vision, current market dynamics, and competitor activity.
- Quantify the financial impact of short-, medium-, and long-term pricing movements.
- Promotional Strategies
- Lead the strategic plan for CPI increases twice annually for the On-Premise channel.
- Create promotional strategies and mechanics for the On-Premise channel.
- Trade Spend Efficiency
- Identify risks and opportunities on trade spend efficiency with a focus on embedding an ROI culture.
- Commercial Acumen
- Drive greater commercial and financial acumen across our sales, marketing, and finance teams.
Requirements
- Experience developing budgets and managing profit outcomes is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, develop strategic plans, and gain alignment with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated communication and business partnering skills, along with the ability to influence at senior leadership level.
- Previous experience working within Revenue Growth Management or Category is highly regarded.
- Experience working with and knowledge of the On-Premise channel is preferred but not essential.
