We are seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Management Specialist to join our team at Lion, a leading beverage company. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize profitability in the On-Premise channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and execute a robust pricing strategy that incorporates brand vision, market dynamics, and competitor activity to optimize revenue and return.
- Trade Spend Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve trade spend efficiency and develop strategies to embed a ROI culture across our sales, marketing, and finance teams.
- Promotional Strategies: Create and execute promotional strategies and mechanics to drive sales and revenue growth in the On-Premise channel.
- Commercial Acumen: Develop and maintain strong commercial and financial acumen across our sales, marketing, and finance teams to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements
- Commercial Experience: Proven experience in developing budgets and managing profit outcomes, with a strong understanding of commercial principles and practices.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage multiple priorities, and gain alignment with key stakeholders.
- Communication and Influencing: Excellent communication and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence at senior leadership level.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working within the beverage industry, particularly in the On-Premise channel, is highly regarded.
