Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading revenue forecasting and growth strategies, implementing go-to-market initiatives, and streamlining customer lifecycle processes to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct revenue forecasting and identify strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives
- Lead and enable the revenue operations team to streamline processes and improve data quality
- Oversee systems and data administration to support revenue operations
- Develop and manage dashboards to provide clear insights into revenue health and goal attainment
- Manage quoting and contract administration resources to develop proposals and process orders
- Oversee sales and customer success enablement to ensure effective and efficient sales processes
- Support and refine processes related to customer renewals and upselling to maximize customer lifetime value and satisfaction
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel, data administration & BI tools, and revenue management platforms
