About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Management Excellence Lead to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of tools, processes, and insights to enable our Revenue Growth Management team to deliver best-in-class analysis and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the Revenue Growth Management excellence three-year roadmap, considering short- and long-term requirements to set the function up for success.
- Develop and implement end-to-end solutions to achieve components of the roadmap, including system/tool design, process design, stakeholder workshops, and continuous management.
- Develop statistical tools and reports to support our Revenue Growth Management team in their day-to-day roles.
- Lead one Revenue Growth Management Excellence Analyst, providing training, guidance, and leadership in their role.
Requirements
- Demonstrated project management and process design skills.
- Demonstrated report design and development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and gain alignment with key stakeholders.
- Ability to lead projects, run workshops with senior stakeholders to determine best-in-class solutions.
- Experience working with Power BI is highly desirable.
- Experience working in Revenue Growth Management, Category, or Sales is advantageous but not essential.
