Global Business Development Manager

Anaplan, a world leader in Connected Planning and Enterprise Performance Management, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our Sydney-based team. With a proven track record of new business sales and account management of Global 2000 enterprises, this individual will sell Anaplan's versatile solution to help clients make informed plans and decisions.
We partner with some of the world's biggest brands, including Google, Salesforce, and Adobe, to unlock their full potential for success. As a key contributor to Anaplan's revenue growth, this role requires driving change as a market disruptor. Reporting directly to the RVP, you will work closely with our Sales Development Reps, Pre-sales Consultants, and Customer Success Team to build customer value and drive new business onto the Anaplan platform.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of successful software sales experience, handling large enterprise-level accounts with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion
- Experience selling complex opportunities, closing deals in the range of $200-$500K USD
- Consultative selling skills and ability to navigate through complex political environments
While experience selling EPM, ERP, or BI software solutions is beneficial, we will consider candidates with enterprise software sales experience. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Estimated Salary: AU$140,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
