- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored event solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

- Present compelling value propositions to clients and stakeholders, articulating the benefits of our event solutions.
- Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Strong consultative communication skills, including presentation, sales, and negotiation.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
