About the Role

We're seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in business development, sales, and account management. Your primary focus will be on managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients, delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored event solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development initiatives.
  • Present compelling value propositions to clients and stakeholders, articulating the benefits of our event solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Strong consultative communication skills, including presentation, sales, and negotiation.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
