About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support our Agency Sales team in achieving and exceeding revenue targets. As a Sales Executive, you will provide administrative support, including assistance in preparing for internal stakeholder meetings, client meetings, and presentations.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of revenue streams from a portfolio of existing and new clients by building high-end proposals and sales documents.
  • Assisting in the management and regular reporting of sales funnels.
  • Campaign assistance, including scheduling, post-campaign reporting, and other related tasks.
  • Developing a detailed knowledge of all inventory and products, as well as checking competitive inventory where required.
  • Sourcing, collating, and typing correspondence and requests for the Sales team, keeping proof of posting requests and delivery, and performing general administrative duties as needed.

About You

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. You should also have advanced PowerPoint/Google Slides skills and intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills. Additionally, experience with customer service and time management is essential.
