We're seeking an experienced Experience Studio Account Manager to join our team in New South Wales, Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and operational excellence.

Job Description

As an Experience Studio Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Retention and Growth: Manage existing client relationships to ensure retention and growth of business.
  • Operational Success: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful events and meetings that meet client expectations.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling existing clients.
  • Account Management: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve business objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in the events industry.
  • Strong consultative communication skills, including presentation, sales, and negotiation.
  • Proven ability to grow internal and external relationships by providing insight and advice to enhance meetings and event solutions value and profitability.
  • Demonstrated ability to think conceptually, using strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with experience in managing client expectations.
