Strata Management Professional

About the Role:
Goughrecruitment is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join our client's expanding team. As a Senior Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of Strata schemes, providing exceptional service to owners and ensuring the smooth operation of the schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Owners Corporations as required to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Prepare budgets, meeting agendas, and minutes to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Attend and chair meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM) to facilitate decision-making and ensure compliance with Strata laws.
- Draft and issue breach of by-laws letters and formal notices to comply with Strata regulations.
- Assist with the management of junior staff members to ensure their development and growth within the team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Strata Management, with a strong understanding of Strata laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with owners and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a high level of computer skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
