Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range for this role, estimated to be between $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for reviewing claims processes, identifying deficiencies, and recommending improvements to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing claims outcomes, communications, and phone calls to identify areas for improvement;
  • Examining customer experience and satisfaction of claims management, considering customer feedback and outcomes;
  • Ensuring product integrity is maintained and reviewed regularly;
  • Reviewing live claims payments to identify potential leakage and incorrect payments;
  • Liaising with Claims Officers, Team Leaders, and training team members to reduce errors and improve service quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year's experience in insurance claims processing;
  • A strong understanding of insurance processes and legislation;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to have difficult conversations with peers as required;
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify patterns;
  • Ideal experience in quality assurance assessment, although not essential.
