As the GI Claims Technical Lead, you are responsible for providing technical support and guidance to the GI Complex and Fast Track Claims Crews. As the Subject Matter Expert for Financial Lines and Casualty, you will drive best practice and uplift capability across the team. You will support the Head of Technical Excellence in engaging with industry bodies for claims, manage escalated and complex claim referrals, and oversee the litigated claims portfolio.
